At Julia Travelers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer the following Refund and Return Policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return your purchase if:

• The product is in unused, unopened condition and in its original packaging.
• The return request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

• Opened or used products, unless there is a defect or damage.
• Customized or personalized items, unless defective.

3. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Send an email to [email protected] with your order number and reason for the return.
2. Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will provide you with return instructions and a Return Authorization (RA) number.
3. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged.
4. Condition of Return: The product must be in its original condition and packaging.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

• If the return is approved, your refund will be processed through Cash on Delivery for the amount of the item(s) returned.
• Please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

5. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the item as per the instructions above and place a new order for the replacement item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

• Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
• We will provide a full refund or replacement, depending on your preference.
• We may ask you to provide photos of the damaged or defective item for verification.
